The Knox Model Airplane Club was organized by local model airplane hobbyists to promote the hobby and create a place to fly their planes. Presently the club flys on a 20 acre site near Irvington, KY on the Irvington - Guston Road.  (See map below )

The grass runway is 50 feet by 500 feet and is located in the middle of the 20 acre grass field.  This allows for obstacle free flying.The pavilion provides protection from the elements and has picnic tables for lunch or  picnics.

  Come see what all the fun is about, but be careful    THIS HOBBY IS CONTAGIOUS !!!!
